Your audio conference will have one or more speakers who are recognized experts on the topic. Conferences typically include a q&a session; you can ask questions by phone or e-mail.

What does my registration include?

Your audio conference registration includes:

  3. Downloadable presentation handouts which are available 24 hours prior to the session

  5. FREE certificate of attendance for registrant with eligible continuing education credits

Are continuing education credits available for the audio conferences?

If an audio conference offers credits, it will be indicated in the event description at the bottom of the page. IOMA will process eligible continuing education credits for the primary registrant for free as part of their registration. Each additional invited listener requesting CEU/RCH/CPE credits will be charged a $24.95 processing fee. The primary registrant may pay this fee or the individual(s) may pay separately in advance of the audio conference. The main registrant will receive an email with full details upon initial registration.

What if i have multiple offices that want to listen in?

Please contact IOMA customer service at 800-401-5937 to arrange a discount when purchasing multiple lines to one audio conference.

What if i am located overseas?

Our audio conferences allow you to dial in wherever you are. We have a toll-free number for the united states and canada, and a toll number if you are elsewhere. When using the toll number, phone charges will apply and will appear on your bill.

Please note: all registrants will receive a confirmation email within 2 business days with the audio conference telephone number. 24 hours prior to the audio conference, all registrants will receive another email with the audio conference telephone number and link to access the conference materials.

If you do not receive your email confirmation or reminder email, please contact IOMA customer service at subserve@IOMA.com or call 800-401-5937. To ensure you receive your materials, please let your network administrator know you will be receiving important information from IOMA.com.

Cancellation policy: to cancel your registration for this event, you must contact IOMA customer service at subserve@IOMA.com or call 800-401-5937 no later than 24 hours prior to the scheduled start of the audio conference. You will receive a cd or tape of the audio conference or a credit valid for one year. Your credit may be applied toward the purchase of any IOMA product or audio conference.
