The survey takes about 30-35 minutes to complete. The process will go faster if you collect data on the composition of your plan population, and cost/assets under management for the options in your plan before starting the survey.
The information you provide will be analyzed using demographic ranges. IOMA will not make public or give out your specific information under any circumstances. Please respond to the survey by March 26, 2010.
