Surveys of the Month: Three Surveys Find Need for Credit Function Grows but Salaries Stagnate
Companies are placing an emphasis on positions that help increase cash flow, with credit and collections and accounts receivables leading the pack. Thats one key finding from the 2010 Salary Guide, Accounting & Finance from Robert Half. "Companies need employees who can contribute to the bottom line by evaluating credit risk, managing delinquent payments and improving cash flow," states the survey of 627 U.S. finance and human resource managers.
