It is a paradox that despite unemployment being on the rise, organizations are struggling with turnover and retention. The important point is that although the economy is slowing and companies need to tighten their belts, organizations are looking to retain talented employees who add value while jettisoning middling and low-performing workers. An exclusive IOMA survey found that of the organizations struggling with retention, many have plans in place to counter the problem.
