The trend toward smaller increases in health insurance premiums continued in 2007, with only a 6.1 percent increase, according to the Kaiser Family Foundation’s Employer Health Benefits Annual Survey (www.kff.org). That’s down from a double-digit high of 13.9 percent in 2003 and 11.2 percent in 2004. But, let’s face it, even 6.1 percent is not low enough.
